Banners
Take advantage of online banner ads. Create banners for your newsletters, web site, industry web sites or the event web site! You can message out your participation in the event and let attendees know where to find you on the show floor or promote new products online. We have made it even easier by providing you a set of animated .gif banners that you can download and edit with your own unique messaging.

Public Relations
ESC Silicon Valley offers a variety of press options to help exhibitors get their message out or announce a new product at the event.
• Reserve a press meeting room: ESC Silicon Valley has small press rooms that can hold up to four people that can be reserved for 30 and 60 minute slots. Press meeting rooms can only be booked for a maximum of 60 minute increments but can be extended onsite if space permits.

Space is reserved on a first-come basis and reservations. Press meeting room reservations are held for a maximum of 10 minutes after the appointment time and will then be released back into the inventory.
• Schedule a press conference: Have an exciting announcement? Want to display your product to members of the press? The ESC Staff has a dedicated press conference room that can hold up to 35 individuals for announcements, product launches or other large press meetings.
